If there was one thing I was blessed with this wedding season it was hot, bright and sunny weddings. This day was warm and sunny… a perfect fall afternoon. Francine + Johnnie’s wedding was at the beautiful Gold Mountain Golf Club. Joe and his staff were top notch and did whatever it took to make sure this day went off without a hitch. The day started at the Oxford Suites, where both bride and groom prepared for the big day. I loved every detail of this wedding… from the signed shoes, the puzzle guest book, the stunning fresh and silk flowers to the milk and cookie reception. Francine and Johnnie went the extra mile to make sure their guests were well cared for and having fun.
J+F… You two really are the best. So fun and funny! So sincere and gracious! It has been a pleasure to work with you both, but the best part has been getting to know you both and witnessing your commitment and love for each other. Thank you for you everything… I couldn’t ask for better clients to serve!!! Mwah ~S
Francine + Johnnie opted for a first look before the ceremony. I always love this choice. It’s a great way to honor your guests and get all the wedding formalities out of the way before the ceremony.
I had to include these cuties. Two “official ring bearers” and one darling flower girl and three pairs of converse. Too cute!
The ceremony was set on the patio at Gold Mountain. It was full of love and laughter… no surprise there. These are two of the silliest and most thoughtful people I have met.
Party time! The reception included more details, touching toasts and hilarious photo booth moments than one photographer could hope for. Below are some of my favorites, including thank you smore’s, Johnnie’s thank you speach scroll and one choked up groomsmen. It was such a special day and I am so grateful to have had the job of capturing it all.
I’ll close out with my most favorite image of this amazing day. I know I said that I love it when the bride and groom do all their pictures before the ceremony, but I had to sneak away and capture this lovely warm light. I promise.. it I didn’t keep them for long 🙂
Thank you to everyone who made this day amazing!!!
